Challenge
Due to commercial pressures within the sector, the Queensland Curtis LNG project required cost efficiencies and reductions across all functions.
Solution
Directed HR cost reduction initiatives including organisational effectiveness, third party commercial renegotiations, roster conditions and partner integration programs to achieve over $3M in annual savings with no operational impact on safety or performance.

Challenge
With industry competitiveness at an all-time high, it became business critical that the QGC brand could retain and attract the top performing talent in the industry.
Solution
Executed strategic HR initiatives to ensure a competitive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) offering in the market through the delivery of improved learning and development initiatives; diversity and equal opportunities programs; and the introduction of leadership coaching to create a performance culture.

Challenge
The CD Power board had identified HR and People Management as a potential constraint to the ongoing growth of the organisation.
Solution
Undertook a full review of current HR practices to identify priority areas in line with strategic growth objectives. Established effective, ‘fit for purpose’ processes and procedures aligned to business priorities, significantly reducing people risks and embedding into ‘business as usual’ in a timely manner.

Challenge
BG Group employed less women than men and the attrition rate for senior female leaders was increasing annually; the lack of diversity was identified as a significant risk to the high performance culture.
Solution
Founded Women’s Network which champions diversity and inclusion. At the peak of the program a thousand women had joined the network from 22 countries.
The Women’s Network International provided positive conversations, recommendations for strategies and initiatives as well as diversity awareness and education.
The diversity initiative resulted in being nominated for a Women In Construction Award 2016.

Challenge
Local Councils required clear visibility of workforce management plans to enable future success, thrive and evolve as a valued provider of services.
Solution
Developed and implemented workforce management plans with staff consultation, data analysis and research to provide workforce strategies that are flexible and adaptable. These strategies overcame challenges such as ageing workforce, sourcing skilled employees, re-skilling and up-skilling workforce.
